Click the Register button at the top of any page. Fill in your mobile number or email address, choose a strong password and provide the required details. The whole process takes under three minutes. Once your account is set up you can deposit in PKR and start playing immediately.

Yes. Hollywood accepts Pakistani mobile numbers in the 03xx format as your login credential. You can use your Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone or Warid number. Your mobile number is also used to receive OTP verification messages for security purposes, so keep it active and up to date in your account settings.

One account per person, strictly. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is against Hollywood's terms and conditions and can result in all accounts being permanently closed. If you already have an account and cannot access it, use the Forgot Password option on the Login page instead of creating a new one.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play at Hollywood. This is a firm requirement that applies to all players regardless of location. If Hollywood's verification team finds that an account belongs to someone under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any balance will be returned in line with the platform's policies.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter the mobile number or email linked to your account and you will receive a reset OTP or link. Follow the steps to set a new password. If you do not receive the message within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support at [email protected].

Yes. After logging in, go to your account settings to update your contact details. Keeping your mobile number current is especially important because it is used for OTP security verifications. If you are unable to update it yourself, contact support at [email protected] and the team will help you make the change after verifying your identity.

Accounts can be temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure — wait 15 to 30 minutes and try again. Accounts may also be placed under review during routine identity verification or if unusual activity is detected. In either case, contact support at [email protected] with your registered details and the team will assist you promptly.

If you want to close your account, email [email protected] from your registered email address and request account closure. Before closing, make sure you have withdrawn your remaining PKR balance. If you are closing for responsible gaming reasons, consider requesting a self-exclusion or a temporary cooling-off period instead — these options are available in your account settings and from the Responsible Gaming page.
Payments

Hollywood supports the most widely used payment methods in Pakistan. Here is everything you need to know about topping up your account balance.

Hollywood supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR, so there is no currency conversion and no hidden exchange rate. The available options are shown clearly in your account's deposit section after login.

The minimum deposit at Hollywood is clearly shown at the time of payment depending on the method you choose. Minimums are set low so that players across Pakistan can get started without needing to commit a large amount upfront. Check the deposit page in your account for the exact figure for each payment method.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within a few minutes. Raast and bank transfers can take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time — usually within a few hours at most. If your deposit does not appear after a reasonable wait, contact support with your payment reference number and the team will trace and credit it manually.

Hollywood does not charge additional fees on deposits from its end. However, your bank, JazzCash account or Easypaisa wallet may apply their own standard transaction charges — these are set by your payment provider, not by Hollywood. Always check with your payment provider if you are unsure about their fees before making a deposit.

First, check whether the amount was deducted from your wallet or bank account. If it was deducted but your Hollywood balance was not updated, do not attempt the deposit again immediately. Note down the transaction reference number from your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank app and contact support at [email protected]. The team will investigate and ensure your balance is corrected.

Hollywood requires that the payment method you use belongs to you — the registered account holder. Third-party payments are not accepted as a security and anti-fraud measure. If you deposit from a wallet or account that is not in your name, your deposit may be flagged and held until verification is completed. Always use your own registered JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank or card account.

You can set your own personal deposit limits in PKR from your account settings — daily, weekly or monthly. These limits are a responsible gaming tool that you control. Hollywood also has its own platform-level limits which are displayed in the deposit section. Setting a personal limit is a great habit to keep your spending within a comfortable budget.
Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the Withdrawal page when you are logged in. Hollywood sets minimums to make sure small wins can still be cashed out without hassle. If your balance is below the minimum threshold, you may need to continue playing or depositing until the balance meets the requirement.

Withdrawals can be declined for a few reasons: your account may have incomplete identity verification, you may have active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met, the payment details may not match your registered name, or your account may have been flagged for a security review. Check your account status and any active bonus terms, then contact support if the issue is not clear.

Hollywood may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals. This is standard practice and protects your account from unauthorised cashouts. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC or other identification. Completing verification promptly keeps your withdrawal process moving without unnecessary delays.

If your withdrawal is still in a pending status and has not been processed yet, you may be able to cancel it from your account. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank, it cannot be reversed. You can bet on outcomes like the result of the next over, next wicket or match winner as the action unfolds. In-play markets are available on Cricket, Football and Esports at Hollywood.

Winnings are credited to your PKR balance as soon as the bet is settled. For most Cricket matches and PSL games, settlement happens within minutes of the final result being confirmed. If you notice a delay in settlement after an official result has been announced, contact support and the team will check the status and credit your balance manually if needed.

Yes. Hollywood supports accumulator bets that combine multiple selections into one bet slip. The more matches you add, the higher the combined odds — and the bigger the potential payout if all selections win. You can mix Cricket, Football and other sports in a single accumulator. Just be aware that if any one selection loses, the entire accumulator is lost.

If a Cricket match is officially abandoned, cancelled or suspended without a result being declared by the governing body, Hollywood typically voids the affected bets and returns your stake to your PKR balance.
